YIELDS 2 Large Smoothies
1 1/2 FROZEN BANANAS
1 CUP FROZEN BLUEBERRIES
1 CUP WATER (you can add more for desired consistency, or so your blender does not smoke)
1 LEMON (Squeezed)
2 -3CUPS SPINACH & SPRING MIXTURE (That was wilting in my fridge)
SWEETEN To Taste
2 tbsp Almond Pulp ( optional) from the Almond Milk I made yesterday
Add water and bananas to the blender first. Blend, then add the remaining ingredients. Pour into two large glasses and top with a blueberry. YUM.
WARNING: I would recommend looking in the mirror before going out after drinking this.
I made it all the way to work with a purple nose. I took the bus. People saw me.
